Adriana Lima: "It Was Easy Losing Baby Weight"

Models really know how to make you feel like crap in the most intense ways don’t they?
Usually it’s from being skinny pre-ever having a child and you can just shrug it off with the unreasonable logic that it’s their job and therefore they have to be skinny. But somehow when they shed the weight in 0-60 after having a baby it’s harder to brush away. Yeah they have good genes obviously, but it just doesn’t do much to subdue the jealousy. In fact, the only thing that would really work to make it better would be to have them hooked up to an IV filled with blended Krispy Kremes until they fill out to an average person’s size.
Ah, dreams.
We’ve all seen Gisele’s slim figure just months after giving birth to baby Benjamin and now Victoria’s Secret’s Adriana Lima has resurfaced six months after having daughter Valentina looking thinner than ever. And to add 17 billion calorie lemons to the wound of those who suffer to shed the pounds, she claims she had no trouble at all losing the extra flab.
“It wasn’t that bad,” Adriana told UsMagazine.com. “It was easy.”
Aside from the genes, she does have professional help. She works out everyday with Michael Oladjide at the the Aerospace High Performance Center.  “Often I come twice in one day!” she says. “It can be anywhere from one hour to…two hours,” doing boxing, jump rope and other high-impact cardio routines.
She also adhered to a no-carb, all-protein diet regime for three weeks and is now back to consuming bread. “I just try to watch what I eat and eat good, nutritious food.”
Okay, so she is working towards it. I guess that makes me fill a bit better. A bit.
